Residential and Commercial properties in Arapahoe County: current year SEMSWA fees are on the Arapahoe County Property Tax Statement as Special Assessments. Please contact SEMSWA for delinquent fee amounts (prior year is at SEMSWA to collect, 2 year and previous fees are at Arapahoe County to collect).
NOTICE: 2021 Delinquent Fees have been re-certified back onto the Arapahoe County tax statement. 2023 and 2021 DQ fees (if applicable) MUST be paid at the Arapahoe County Treasurer. Please click here to search the Arapahoe County tax statement.
2022 DQ fees are at SEMSWA for collection until 10/31/2023. Invoices were sent to property owners in November 2021 with Notice liens will be filed in 2023 on properties with unpaid fees.
Non-Profits, Tax Exempt, and Douglas County property owners – fees are directly billed on a SEMSWA invoice.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Effective 1/1/2023, SEMSWA has revised its invoicing system for direct billed (tax exempt and Douglas County property owners). Please contact us for details.
