Step 2: If there is no fee due, the process is complete. If there is a fee due at SEMSWA, please complete our form below. We strive to respond within 24 business hours.
Residential and Commercial properties in Arapahoe County: current year SEMSWA fees are on the Arapahoe County Property Tax Statement as Special Assessments. Please contact SEMSWA for delinquent fee amounts (prior year is at SEMSWA to collect, 2 year and previous fees are at Arapahoe County to collect).
NOTICE: As of 1/1/2022, 2020 Delinquent Fees have been re-certified back onto the Arapahoe County tax statement. 2022 and 2020 DQ fees (if applicable) MUST be paid at the Arapahoe County Treasurer. Please click here to search the Arapahoe County tax statement.
2021 DQ fees are at SEMSWA for collection until 11/1/2022. Invoices were sent to property owners in November 2021 with Notice liens will be filed in 2022 on properties with unpaid fees.
Non-Profits, Tax Exempt, and Douglas County property owners – fees are directly billed on a SEMSWA invoice.
ANNOUNCEMENT: Effective April 2021, SEMSWA has implemented a new billing system with CliftonLarsonAllen, LLC (CLA).
