The GESC Manual, as amended, was adopted by the SEMSWA Board of Directors (Resolution 26-30), effective July 28, 2026.  The current version replaces the July 2025 version.

The GESC Manual describes the program that has been adopted to promote environmentally-sound construction practices in the City of Centennial portion of the SEMSWA Service Area.

In addition to the GESC Manual, an Enforcement Response Plan (ERP) Guidance Document was adopted by the SEMSWA Board of Directors (Resolution 25-29), effective July 17, 2025 for use within SEMSWA's service area.  The current version replaces the May 2018 version.
