Step 2: If there is no fee due, the process is complete. If there is a fee due at SEMSWA, please complete our form below. We strive to respond within 24 business hours.

Residential and Commercial properties in Arapahoe County: current year SEMSWA fees are on the Arapahoe County Property Tax Statement as Special Assessments. Please contact SEMSWA for delinquent fee amounts (prior year is at SEMSWA to collect, 2 year and previous fees are at Arapahoe County to collect).
NOTICE: 2024 Delinquent Fees (unpaid) have been recertified to Arapahoe County and will appear on the 2025 Tax Statement delivered in 2026.
2025 DQ fees are at SEMSWA for collection until 10/31/2025. Invoices available upon request.
Non-Profits, Tax Exempt, and Douglas County property owners – fees are directly billed on a SEMSWA invoice.
