West Spring Creek D/S W Phillips Ave Channel Improvements

Project Description & Goals:

The West Spring Creek Downstream of E Phillips Ave is a Channel Stabilization project located within the Foxridge neighborhood.  The goals are to create a more stable and resilient channel that meets the needs of the residents, SEMSWA, SSPRD, and project stakeholders.

The Project will address deteriorating retaining walls, channel instability, and improve maintenance, access, safety, and ecological function.
