NOTICE:2022 Delinquent Fees (unpaid) have been recertified to Arapahoe County and will appear on the 2023 Tax Statement delivered in 2024.
2023 DQ fees are at SEMSWA for collection until 10/31/2024. Invoices will be sent to property owners in November 2024 with Notice liens will be filed in 2023 on properties with unpaid fees.
Non-Profits, Tax Exempt, and Douglas County property owners – fees are directly billed on a SEMSWA invoice.
