- GESC Manual Update
SEMSWA will be implementing this updated Grading, Erosion, and Sediment Control (GESC) Manual to manage land disturbances and construction sites in the SEMSWA Service Area. GESC control measures protect our streams and water bodies from sediment and construction wastes that have the potential to be transported off these sites in storm runoff. The GESC Manual provides for a Permit program that meets State requirements for stormwater quality protection under the Clean Water Act and the Cherry Creek Basin Control Regulation 72. For questions, please contact the SEMSWA GESC Manager at semswamain@semswa.com.
