SEMSWA is pleased to announce CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP (CLA) as the new Annual Stormwater Fee Billing Services provider for SEMSWA. CLA will officially begin managing the billing and collection functions for SEMSWA beginning in March/April 2021. CLA looks forward to working with SEMSWA customers.
Customers who typically receive direct billed invoices from SEMSWA each year, will be receiving a Welcome Letter and Invoices for the 2021 fee (plus past due fees if applicable) by April 16th. Please follow the payment instructions included with the invoice. We have added an online system where billing information and payments can be made (this applies to Direct Billed customers only):
Property owners who receive a property tax statement will continue to pay their Annual Stormwater Fees at Arapahoe County, and are unaffected by this change. However, if there are any delinquent amounts due for these properties, SEMSWA will be sending an Invoice and letter to these property owners.
